Bethlen Communities In-Home Service Offerings

In addition to providing our services in the buildings across Bethlen’s campus, our trained staff can also provide a variety of services to you or your loved one from the comfort of your home. Our home health professionals provide comprehensive at-home, patient-centered care, customizing a solution for each patient’s unique healthcare needs. Our team of highly skilled registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, rehabilitation therapists, and aides deliver a range of medical and therapeutic services while you remain in the comfort of your own home. Bethlen’s companion caregivers provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADL) such as meal preparation, dressing, grooming, medication monitoring, transportation, and light housekeeping, so that you maintain the highest level of independence in your home.
